About Order

Order Payment

After you place the order, you will be redirected to a secured payment page. You can make the payment via PayPal or credit card. We will not store any of your credit card account information. For successful payment, a confirmation page will be loaded automatically. Also, we will send you a confirmation email.

Order Confirmation

When your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address which you used to purchase from us. If it is not in your inbox, please check the spam box in case it is marked as spam.

Cancel Your Order

Please contact us within asap since you placed the order if you want to cancel it. Your order will be sent - generally at 09.00 AM WST - from Los Angeles 24 hours after its confirmation. After the time mentioned, you cant cancel the order. However, you can return the order and ask for refund, please read the article 6. Return and exchange.

Track Your Order

For any updates on your order’s shipment information, you can track it with the tracking info in the confirmation email to monitor where your order arrives and when to arrive. Please remember to track it regularly.

Return and Exchange

Please read carefully our Return & Exchange Policy as follows:

Request for returns or exchange should be made by email to icrazyangel.inc@gmail.com

In the email, please provide the following information:

-The order number, 

-Your first name & last name, 

-Product(s) purchased want(s) to be returned or exchanged, date(s) of purchase, photos of product(s) received.

If you want to ask an exchange, please point out the product to be exchanged. You can exchange another item available on our site ONE- time.

-We offer a return or exchange up to 30 days after carrier has delivered the order(s).

-Our policy is unique, if you don’t like your item received, you can always return them back or exchange without any special reason.

ATTENTION:

For an item to be acceptable for return, the contact lens vials or blister packs must be unopened unused & unworn. We DON’T accept the return when vials or blister package are opened or damaged. When you return it to us by post, the item must be unused in a salable condition. Please return package carefully to ensure the products are not damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds will be credited to your Paypal account or card.

PS: Clients take charge of the shipping fee of return. The shipping fee of exchange will be taken charge of by the clients, they can choose shipping options as their wish. Any additional fee of returned item (for example: Charge of custom or some clients choose the receiver to pay the shipping fee) will be reduced from the refund.
